Containers and packaging for edible products cannot contain printed images including cartoon characters that are specifically targeted to individuals under 21 years old.
Cultivation centers in Alaska must package bud and flower in packaging that does not surpass one ounce for resale to consumers, unless portioned by store. Wholesale packaging will contain a single strain or a mix that is conveniently recognizable by the label. If marijuana is packaged in bulk with multiple portions, the offering size as well as number of servings should be plainly marked. Accredited cannabis manufacturing operations may not exceed a ten-pound transfers to one more permit manufacturer or qualified retail store.
